General Manager

Alexander Betancourt

Alexander Betancourt is the General Manager of Betanbuilders. He has fifteen (15) years of professional experience in the Construction industry.
In 2005, Alexander graduated from the University of Tolima, in Colombia, with a degree in Architecture and Engineering Drawing.

In 2014 he graduated with a diploma in Industrialized Construction with an emphasis on concrete walls, from the University of Ibagué-Colombia.

Since 2007 Alexander has worked for Colombian companies: Jorge Triana & CIA LTDA., Ing. Wilson Moreno Vizcaíno, Construcciones y Urbanizaciones SAS, Inversiones HyH LTDA in Ibagué, as Construction Supervisor. Since 2018, Mr. Betancourt has been the Project Manager of RM 98 LLC in Miami, Florida, standing out with excellence in his work for his dedication to customer service.

General Contractor

Rocio Murillo

Rocío Murillo is a licensed General Contractor in Florida (CGC1534007) and an experienced architect with over 20 years in the construction industry. She specializes in residential and commercial construction, remodeling, and project management, ensuring that every project meets the highest quality standards.

She earned her degree in Architecture from Universidad Piloto de Colombia in 1998 and later specialized in Management and Quality Control at Universidad de Ibagué and Universidad Politécnica de Valencia, Spain. In 2022, her credentials were evaluated in the U.S. as equivalent to a Bachelor of Science in Architecture with one year of graduate study in Management and Quality Control.

Throughout her career, Rocío has held key roles as a Resident Architect, Project Supervisor, and Auditor, working on large-scale projects across Colombia and the United States. Since 2017, she has been the Managing Partner and General Contractor at RM 98 LLC in Miami, leading renovations, real estate maintenance, and high-end remodeling projects, including kitchen and bathroom renovations, flooring installations, drywall work, and painting.

As the General Contractor of BetanBuilders LLC, Rocío oversees all construction operations, from planning to execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with superior craftsmanship. Her commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction makes her a driving force in the success of every project.

Administrative Assistant

Daniel Hincapie

Daniel Hincapié is the Administrative Assistant and Bookkeeper at Betanbuilders LLC, where he is responsible for managing financial records, bookkeeping, and ensuring that all operations align with the company’s financial objectives.

A graduate of Miami Dade College with an Associate of Arts in Business Administration, Daniel specializes in cost tracking and financial management for the company’s construction and remodeling projects using QuickBooks.

He plays a crucial role in maintaining communication between departments and clients, ensuring each project runs smoothly.

His detail-oriented approach and problem-solving skills make him an essential part of the Betanbuilders team.
